All of our orders are packed by hand with love in our atelirs in Colombia. If your piece is available immediately it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

MAISON ALMA will continue to fulfil customer orders and process exchanges to the best of our ability. Please be advised delivery dates may adjust due to the impact of COVID-19.Due to the use of FEDEX for our deliveries, we may experience some delays depending on FEDEX service levels in your area. We appreciate your patience as we do our utmost to meet, if not exceed, your expectations

INFO / DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Your Maison Alma bespoke piece is made to order, by hand by our master tailors and artisans. Please allow 15-25 working days for shipment. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

DELIVERY

For all pieces are made to order, please allow 15-25 working days to craft your piece efore your order can be shipped. Then allow 3-5 days for international shipment.

We ship all orders with FEDEX and we’re happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

International orders ourside of Colombia may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them.

We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order.

RETURNS

We regrettably do not accept returns on any made to order pieces. In our company’s effort to limit our footprint and to fullfil to our ZERO WASTE commitment, we carry NO INVENTORY. For this reason, all the pieces are specially made in the size that you choose, in the style that you choose. Thus, we may not accept returns.

For all pieces that are AVAILABLE for shipping (not made to order), in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery or offer store credit.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned: with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; securely wrapped at your risk and cost.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the item in question is faulty.

In the case the goods are faulty: you must inform us by email to hola@maison-alma.com including all details of the order and defect or other reason for return.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.
